Auto Race Net history - brief
Location: Pretoria and Johannesburg, South Africa
Auto Race Net launched its new news channel. The aim of this channel is to keep you updated with everything behind the scenes.
Auto Race was created by Charles Odendaal on 1 December 1994. We moved from one server to the other because the ISP's (Internet service providers) said we are generating too much traffic. Back then we still had to pay just to host Auto Race.
M-WEB was interested in our news service. We signed a contract with them and the partnership has grown from there.
Today we are part of M-WEB, South Africa's biggest ISP. Being part of M-WEB gives us the connections to resources, which would have been impossible otherwise.
