COMPOSITION:
Each tablet contains:
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 25 mg
Sugar Free.
PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A 22.1.4 Vitamins, other
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
Vitamin Supplement.
INDICATIONS:
It is used for the prevention and treatment of pyridoxine hydrochloride deficiency.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
There are no known contra-indications for pyridoxine hydrochloride.
DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For the treatment of anaemia induced by pyridoxine deficiency in adults, the dosage is 50 to 150 mg in divided doses.
SIDE-EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:
Pyridoxine reduces the effects of levodopa.
KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT:
In man, oral doses up to 1000 mg daily have not caused adverse reactions.
IDENTIFICATION:
White, round tablet, 6,4 mm in diameter.
PRESENTATION:
In bottles of 100, 250, 500, 1000 and 5000 tablets.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Protect from light.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
